Confidence, be confident, Think Confidence
Decided to cycle to Moretonhampstead this morning to pick up my car from the garage. 2 hours very well spent. Great use of time. Required a bit of effort getting up earlier than normal but well worth it. Beautiful morning on Dartmoor. Feel invigorated. Started work at normal time. Keep relatively fit if you can …. it makes a big difference. You might not think it, but it also helps you to feel more confident!

Mike……..I missed you by a week!!
I took part in the Dartmoor Classic last weekend…..a mere 65 miles from Kingsteignton via Manaton, Ashburton/Holne, Princetown, Moretonhampstead (including a nasty hill called Doccombe) and finally back to the start via the Teign Valley. Stupidly I was one of not very many who decided to use a MTB. Lots of carbon fibre racers whizzing past all morning.
Hottest day of the year too. Got through 8litres of fluid and took over 6 hours. I must find something better to do with my limited spare time!!

Cricket vs Tennis in a few weeks. I need to find my racket.
