Mike McClement (Think Confidence)

Mike McClement is the founder of Think Confidence and its principal trainer. He has 20 years experience in the fields of personal development, self-improvement and motivation. Mike founded Training Hand Ltd in 1995 and more recently its sister company Think Confidence. Both companies focus on the provision of personal development training and coaching. Mike’s professional focus is in the areas of self-confidence, assertiveness and motivation. His book 'Brilliant Confidence', the next in the Brilliant series published by Pearson Education, is due for release on 15 September 2010
